Consumer law states the sale of second hand bedlinen is not permitted , and items purchased, tried and then deemed by the purchaser as not suitable can not be returned for exchange or a Refund.
Items sent By Royal Mail , Such as Duvets , Quilt Covers, Mattress Covers and Pillows will be sent Free of Charge in England, Wales and Lower Scotland , Parcels sent to Highlands of Scotland , Ab , IV, Postcodes Scottish Islands Like Mull, and Skye , Northern Ireland and Isle of Man will have a £15 surcharge for Excessive postage added to the order , Please be aware that we will ask for this once your order has been placed.
