For Your Peace of Mind  Companies like Relyon , Sleepeezee, Hypnos, Gainsborough and Dunlopillo offer a Free 5 Year Warranty on all Mattresses and Divans. How this works is that if Any part of The Bed or the mattress develops a fault within 5 Years of the warranty the company will replace that part free of Charge. You as a Consumer will need to Inform the Retailer where you purchased it and supply him with The Product Name and Size, Date and Proof of Purchase I.E Receipt and a Description of the Fault. Some Mattresses are What we Called Foam Encapsulated " which means they have a Foam Wall around the Outside" Please Note this can Move if You sit on the Side of The Mattress , As All manafacturers will Say a Bed is Not a Chair....

The Warranty will cease to apply if the product is found to have been Mistreated or Damaged , or if the Product has not been maintained in accordance with the Care instructions Supplied, This includes  the Mattress being turned and rotated on a Regular Basis. Or if the mattress is used on a base where the slats are more than 6cm apart. Following Replacement or Repair The warranty will Remain valid from the Original Date of Purchase. Often if a Base or Mattress is Replaced , it May not Colour Match your existing product , The manafacturer can not be held accountable for this or to match other items under Complaint.

Other Companies can Offer a Warranty from 5 to 8 and up to 12 Years , this Will give you a Free 1 Year guarantee from Receipt of Your Goods for 1 Calender Year , After that Year is Up and Any part of The Next Year you Will be liable to costs of 1/5th 1/8th or 1/12th of the cost to replace the item .

Other Bed Companies Offer a Range of Warranties Millbrook and Kaymed offer a 8 year Warranty ( first 2 years Free) . Silentnight offer  a 5 Year Guarantee First Year free then 4 Years sliding Scale Warranty with Some cost incurred..

Sealy Guarantee 

1 Year Guarantee ( free replacement of Faulty Product) within 1st Year then sliding Scale 9 Year warranty on Product for Remainder Of Life on All Divan Sets .

1 Year Guarantee on All Mattresses from Date of Receipt of Mattress for 1 Calender Year.

Sweet Dreams  5 Year Warranty , = 1 Year Free guarantee , and 1/5th of cost Price for Every Year or part year after one years date of Receipt of Goods plus some Transport costs to Replace the Product .

 Myers and Slumberland offer a  12 year Guarantee Again the 1St year is Free , then you lose 1 1/12 th of the value every Year or Part Year through out the life of the Product.

Sealy Guarantee is 10 Years , Again first Year is Free , Then you lose 1 /10th of Warranty for Every Year or Part year on a A sliding Scale for The duration of the Guarantee. . So  you will be liable for Some cost in replacing the said item , on a sliding scale ratio. So if  your problem occurs in the 6th year , you will have to pay a Percentage of the Repair or Replacement costs based on you Have had the Product for 6 10ths of its Warranty.  

Healthbeds Guarantee

1 Year Guarantee = Replacement Within 1St Year , Then Sliding Scale 4 Year warranty for Remainder of Life

Komfi Warranty

15 Year Warranty is Base on 0-5 Years Company Will Repair or Replace at Thier discreation but Will Charge Delivery Costs, 6-15 years any fault will be worked out at 1/10th of the Cost for Every year or Part year of Warranty fro Year 6 to Year 15 Plus Some Delivery Costs.

Gainsborough Beds

All Gainsborough Beds products have a five year guarantee for your peace of mind. If a servicing issue arises within the first five years of purchase, then in the first instance please contact the retailer from whom the bed was purchased. Once the retailer has inspected the product, he will contact Gainsborough Beds for the next stage of the procedure.

If within the first five years of purchase a manufacturing defect or fault is found, the unit will be repaired or replaced at the company's discretion free of charge. Gainsborough Beds cannot bear responsibility if the general care instructions found in the Owner's Guide have not been followed or where the product has been misused or maltreated.

We reserve the right to refuse service when a bed is found to be in an unhygienic condition. Where there is no manufacturing fault or defect, a charge will be made for a repair requested by a customer. We reserve the right to substitute materials of at least equal quality if those originally used are unavailable. This includes the right to substitute an alternative cover of equal quality, should the one originally supplied be discontinued or not available. This guarantee does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Gainsborough Sofa Beds

 10 Year Guarantee on All Sofa Bed Frames Made at Gainsborough Factory , 1 Year Guarantee on The Action, The Cushion Interiors and The Fabrics.

All Bed Frames which are Imported , For Example Leather /Upholstered Bed Frames Lift up Storage Beds , or Wooden Guest Beds , Metal Bed Frames from Obc , Wooden Frames from Sable Island, Sleepcraft, Zocalo , Ecofurn, Dreamworks , Sweet Dreams Body Impressions, and Kaydian will have a 1 Year Guarantee from Receipt of DElivery Only.
