Choose a Day Service

If you order a mattress by 12am you can select to have the mattress delivered the next working day. This delivery like all quick delivery internet websites is done by a parcel carrier company, in most cases Nightfreight.

What will Happen is That Our Warehouse Will Box Your Mattress  , Once Boxed It will Be collected By nightfreight  at 2p m and Taken to The Local Depot at Earls Barton.

At This Point Compass Logistics are No Longer Responsible for Your Mattress Being Delivered To You .  That Responsibility lies With Ourselves and  Nightfreight at Earls Barton , Who will log your Order in to  the System  ,  It  will  Then  be Transported  along with  All  that  Depots  other orders and Delivered to Nightfreight  Regional  Depot  in  Willenhall  West  Midlands That Night  ,  Then  it  Will  be  sorted  with  the  Other  Deliveries  collected from all over the Country , and  Sent  to  The  Nearest  Nightfreight  Depot  to  You , Ready for Delivery to you on The Day in Question ,  Please Note , Mistakes do Happen , Items do go missing or are sent to the Wrong Depot , But this is a Small percentage ,  probably less than 2% , But it Does Happen.

 If you order by 12pm on a Friday the next  working  day  would  be  the  following  Monday and in 99% off  all  deliveries  this  Does  Happen  as  the  Extra  time allowed  to  transport  a  Mattress  to   The Regional  Depot  ,  and  Back  to  Your  Local  Depot  ,    does aid a More Reliable  Service.  The Mattress   will  then  be  delivered  to  you  normally between 10.30 and 4.30pm .  However if you order on a Friday and want a quick as possible delivery, then a Saturday morning Before 1pm delivery is available at a extra cost of £25.  However sometimes the bigger the Distance between our depot and your depot can be problematic.  The ‘Choose a Day service’ allows you to choose the next working day, or a day in the future when you know there will be someone at home.   This Service is a 1  Man  Door  to  Your  Front  Door  Service , if you  live  in an  apartment complex  the Delivery will be to The Front door of The Building  ,  Not  Your  Flat  Door , This Makes  no  difference  if  your  flat  is  on  the  2nd  or  3rd floor or on Ground Level , The Carrier will only Contact You if he Cannot Find you , or He is Having problems Making someone hear, Otherwise he will not contact you , No times are available except within the time parimeters of 10.30-4.30pm.


If You ask the Driver to Bring The Mattress in to Your House , You do so at Your Risk , The Driver is not insured to enter your building as delivery , and any damage done to walls, or Floors is at Your cost , as delivery is to the Door Only.


Please note occasionally our 2 man room of choice delivery team may be able to fit you into their round,  Or  if you  are  a  Bit  Flexible  a  Day  or  So  later ,  This is a  better service than you have opted for on Choose a Day . This may only happen with a few sales and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery of goods (Non Choose a Day Service)
  We use a professional furniture distribution company to deliver most of our beds, mattresses, bed frames, sofa beds and bedroom furniture on our behalf.  Deliveries are done area by area with all postcodes in a  certain area being done on one day.
·     They will deliver to a room of your choice (providing that this is accessible and provides no health and safety risks to the delivery team).
·      Deliveries are made Monday to Friday dependant on location.
·      All Bed frames  i.e. Leather, Wood, Metal, Lift up storage Beds, Bunk Beds, High Sleepers, will be delivered flat packed for home self assembly. (we do not offer a assembling service)


Please note that from 1st of March if You purchase a Gainsborough Sofa Bed with Bolt on Detachable Arms , The Arms will Come Detached for The Customer to fixed on in Their Home


if You purchase a Compact 3 or large 3 seater Sofa Bed , which you do not choose the Bolt on Arms , and On The Delivery Day , You find Wthat the Sofa Bed will not go in to the House , You will be Charged for vthe Failed Delivery at a Cost to you of £ 49.



·      The delivery company will generally contact you 2 days before the day that they would like to deliver, and give you an approximate time slot for that day.
·     If they leave a answer phone message on a landline phone or a voicemail message on a mobile, your product will only be delivered when you call them back on 01933 679944    (England & Wales )  or 01228 792491 (Scotland ) to confirm you are able to take delivery on the day and time in question. If you do not call back , and speak to a Representative of the Delivery Company your product will not be loaded or delivered
.

Non Delivery Of Goods
Where the Goods cannot be delivered on the day arranged due to the fault of the buyer, Where the Delivery Company Have arranged Delivery with you the Customer , Only to find no one at Home on The Day of Delivery. www.bestpricebeds ltd retains the right to charge a further £45 for "re-delivery" to cover costs incurred. This charge will be taken from the debit/credit card used to purchase the Goods. If the buyer is unable to accept delivery on the day submitted by the delivery company, a further date will be a need to be advised. Please note this may delay delivery of the buyers order by up to 2 weeks due to the fact that the delivery company may not cover certain areas of the country on a regular basis.

Delivery of Large items from stock
Large Items such as Divan Beds all sizes, Sofa Beds, or Super King Size Heavy Mattresses  that are in stock at our central warehouse will be delivered within 7-10 working days by a professional furniture distribution company. This will be a two man delivery to room of choice.

Delivery of multiple items
Where multiple items have been purchased i.e. divan bed & headboard, mattress & a bed frame, etc and where you have chosen a Day for a Mattress but Frame will be delivered on a Longer lead Time , Unless you Let us Know we Will deliver the Whole order in one shipment once the Other Goods have Arrived, and The Mattress will not be sent on the Choose a Day Service.

Certain Products such as Divan Beds , Large Mattresses , Sofa Beds or Frames  can be delivered to
Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles Orkneys, Isle of Skye, Mull, Hebridies etc , Channel Isles,  and Isle of Man . Through a Carrier Based in Bristol Called PDf ..The extra cost in delivery to these Areas  would be at least £140 Per Item , For Example a Divan Bed Double, King, or Super King Size would be £140 or A bed frame plus a Mattress would Be £ 140 . In most cases delivery would be by one man to your door. Please note Deliveries that are Sent out on a Door To Door Service , are Your responsibility once You take the Product over Your Threshold , Any damage that may occur once taken in to your Dwelling can not be liable to Best pricebeds as this Service is a Door to Your Front Door Service. Divan Beds can not be delivered Upstairs because the third party carrier in Northern and Southern ireland does not provide that service.  We can Send Parcels of Pillows , Quilts and all Bed linen to Channel islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man , or Northern or Sothern Ireland , The Charge for This Service is £ 20 per Shipment. ( please note Bedlinen is Non Returnable unless faulty) If you are interested please give us a call before you place your order so that we can confirm if we are able to deliver your chosen items.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that we feel is unsuitable to be shipped.

Collection of old bed or mattress
Collection of Old Beds or Mattress are Not Available on The Choose a Day Service, On The Express Service this Facility is Available Depending on Postcode Area , The  delivery company will deliver your new product, they can take away your old divan bed. The charge for this service is £40, And A Old Mattress £ 35 ..please call us on 01379 855456 if you wish to add this service to your order.
Please note that this service is not available in
Scotland and other selected postcodes. PLEASE NOTE WE CAN NOT COLLECT A OLD BED OR MATTRESS at any of the Following Post codes CA, DL, DH, Ts, Ne, Dg, Td, Ml, EH, Ka, G, KY, FK, Pa, PH, AB, IV, KW,


Return of Goods
Items which are Purchased Blind (ordered but have not been tested or viewed prior to being ordered) that are delivered in first class condition can be exchanged. Items that cannot be exchanged are special made to measure products, sofa beds, vacuum packed mattresses or bed linen. Items such as beds or mattresses can be taken back at the discretion of the store. If something is ordered but upon delivery cannot go up the stairs or is too large to fit in to the room of choice, as long as the product has not been opened or used it can be returned. For any of the reasons mentioned above , or if The Mattress is To Hard or to Soft We Can Arrange Collection / Exchange of The Item at its Original Value ,Up to 7 Days after Delivery , Please note We will Charge you £ 99 for Re delivery and Collection of The the Item , Plus Packaging Costs of £ 20 if You do Not Retain the Original Packaging ... This will Be Taken of The Refund once , we Have the Safe return of The Product Concerned . The Collection time will vary across the country and will usually take 7 days to initiate.

Please allow extra an extra 3 to 5 Working days for deliveries to Scotland and the following Northern England postcodes: LA, TS, CA, NE, DH, DL , TA, TQ, PL, SA, EH . LL, SY, EX, DT, YO, HG, TR, PL, and TW.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of any unexpected delay.
