If you order a mattress by 12am you can select to have the mattress delivered the next working day. This delivery like all quick delivery internet websites is done by a parcel carrier company, in most cases Nightfreight. Saturday morning delivery (before 1pm) is available at an extra cost of £25. The ‘Choose a Day service’ allows you to choose the next working day, or a day in the future when you know there will be someone at home. This service is a 1 man delivery to your front door, if you live in an apartment complex the delivery will be to the front door of the building. The carrier will only contact you if he cannot find your address. No times are available except within the time parameters of 10.30am-4.30pm.
If you ask the driver to bring the mattress in to your house, you do so at your own risk, the driver is not insured to enter your building.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday dependant on location.
• All Bed frames i.e. Leather, Wood, Metal, Lift up storage Beds, Wooden Guest Beds, Bunk Beds, High Sleepers, will be delivered flat packed for home self assembly. (We do not offer an assembling service)
• The delivery company will generally contact you 2 days before the day that they would like to deliver, and give you an approximate time slot for that day.
• If they leave a answer phone message on a landline phone or a voicemail message on a mobile, your product will only be delivered when you call them back on 01933 277440 (England & Wales) or 01228 792491 (Scotland) to confirm you are able to take delivery on the day and time in question. If you do not call back, and speak to a representative of the delivery company your product will not be loaded or delivered.
Where the Goods cannot be delivered on the day arranged due to the fault of the buyer, or where the delivery company have arranged delivery with you only to find no one at home on the day of delivery, Bestpricebeds ltd retains the right to charge a further £45 for "re-delivery" to cover costs incurred. This charge will be taken from the debit/credit card used to purchase the goods. If the buyer is unable to accept delivery on the day submitted by the delivery company, a further date will be a need to be advised. Please note this may delay delivery of the buyers order by up to 2 weeks due to the fact that the delivery company may not cover certain areas of the country on a regular basis.
Large items such as divan beds, sofa beds, or super king size heavy mattresses that are in stock at our central warehouse will be delivered on The Express Delivery Service within 7-10 working days ( 10-14 Working Days to Any postcode above A66 , or Tr and Pl and LL Postcodes ) these Deliveries are done by a professional furniture distribution company.Please Note as From 1st October 2011 All Deliveries to the Following Postcodes will incur a Charge of £ 25 the Postcodes are All AB , DD, IV, KW, and PH7 and Above , FK18 and Above , PA20 and Above and Ph20 and Above. You will be contacted after placing your order to Pay for this charge or Given the Oppurtunnity to Cancel Your Order . This will be a two man delivery to room of choice.(providing that this is accessible and provides no health and safety risks to the delivery team).
Where multiple items have been purchased i.e. divan bed & headboard, mattress & bed frame, etc, all goods will be delivered together when goods have arrived at the warehouse from the suppliers.
Certain products such as divan beds, large mattresses, sofa beds or bed frames can be delivered to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles Orkneys, Isle of Skye, Mull, Hebrides etc, Channel Isles and Isle of Man. The extra cost in delivery to these areas would be at around £140 per item. Please call us so that we can work out the exact delivery cost to you dependent on goods and delivery area. Some mattresses can be sent to the above areas on the ‘choose a day service’ at an extra cost of £50, please read the terms of delivery for this service. We can send parcels of pillows, quilts and all bed linen to Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, or Northern or Sothern Ireland, the charge for this service is £20 per shipment. (Please note bed linen is non returnable unless faulty) If you are interested please give us a call before you place your order so that we can confirm if we are able to deliver your chosen items.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that we feel is unsuitable to be shipped.
Collection of old beds or mattresses are NOT available on the ‘Choose a Day Service’. It is available on most other delivery services depending on postcode area. The delivery company would deliver your new product and take away your old mattress/bed at the same time. The charge for this service is £40 per bed or £35 per mattress. Please call us on 01379 855456 if you wish to add this service to your order.
Items which are purchased blind (ordered but have not been tested or viewed prior to being ordered) that are delivered in first class condition can be exchanged. Items that cannot be exchanged are special made to measure products, sofa beds, vacuum packed mattresses or bed linen. Items such as beds or mattresses can be taken back at the discretion of the store. If something is ordered but upon delivery cannot go up the stairs or is too large to fit in to the room of choice, as long as the product has not been opened or used it can be returned. For any of the reasons mentioned, or if the mattress is too hard or too soft we can arrange collection /exchange of the item at its original value, up to 7 days after delivery. Please note we will charge £99 for collection of the item if you wish to cancel your order and £45 if you wish to exchange your item. We will also charge packaging costs of £20 if the original packaging has not been retain. These costs will be taken off the refund once we have the safe return of the items in A1 condition. The collection time will vary across the country and will usually take 7 to 10 days to initiate.

Please allow extra an extra 3 to 5 Working days for deliveries to Scotland, south west counties and the following northern England postcodes: LA, TS, CA, NE, DH, DL , TA, TQ, PL, SA, EH . LL, SY, EX, DT, YO, HG, TR, PL, and TW.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of any unexpected delay.
