We use a professional furniture distribution company to deliver most of our beds, mattresses, bed frames, sofa beds and bedroom furniture on our behalf. Once your goods have been produced and are delivered to our distribution company you will be contacted and delivery arrangements will be confirmed.  All items which are held in our Central Warehouse are normally delivered within 10 working days of goods being available to our delivery company.

Where multiple items have been purchased i.e. a divan bed & headboard, a mattress & a bed frame etc, all items regardless of some items being in stock will be delivered as one Lot on one shipment.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday dependant on location. The delivery company generally will contact you 2 days before the day that they would like to deliver, and give you an approximate time slot for that day. It is Worth Remembering That They Deliver by Postcodes and that they may be arranging to deliver 10 -15 other deliveries in that area, so if you can not take your purchase on that day it may well be another 7- 10 days before they will be back in your area.

They will deliver to a room of your choice providing that this is accessible and provides no health and safety risks to the delivery team. Please remember if the staircase is narrow or low, it is your responsibility to make sure that the item purchased will fit up the stairs. Please remember spring interior mattresses will not bend and that you need a lot of clearance to push a large mattress up the stairs. It is also your responsibility to remove all paintings, mirrors or any other objects that may hinder your product from going upstairs or that may get damaged during the delivery. Please retain the original packaging for 7 days for the purpose of returning any faulty, damaged or unwanted items. Please note you need to check your goods when they are delivered, if you sign for something as being correct i.e. boxed well with no dents or indentations in the packaging then their will be no possible claim against the carrier or www.bestpricebeds.co.uk . It is up to you to thoroughly check the product before signing for the goods.

Delivery of some bed frames, mattresses or bed linen may be delivered via a next day courier or Royal Mail. This is usually done by 1 man and is only a door to door service as the company concerned is not insured to put any items in your home. Silentnight and Airsprung use this for their direct home delivery service. A Saturday morning delivery or Am delivery (Monday to Friday) using this service is available in certain areas of the country, but will incur a charge of £25. Non Mainland UK Deliveries: We can now deliver to Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, , the charge for this service is £70 per item i.e bed frame + Mattress = 2 Items Giving You a total of £140. There is also an option to have frames or mattresses delivered to the Channel Islands, the Outer Hebrides, the Orkneys and the Shetlands, the charge for this is £80. Please note it is now possible for us to deliver divan beds on this service, however an extra 7 days should be added to all delivery schedules. Please call us to arrange payment for this service.

Please Note Due to a Sudden increase in Charges by Freight Delivery Companies, and Diesel  it is Now Virtually Impossible or  viable to Deliver any Beds other Than Sealy or Silentnight Beds to Northern Ireland , The Charge for This is £75 . The Charge for Any other Make of Bed, Furniture, or Bed Frames to Be delivered to Northern Ireland will be a Mininum Price of £100. There are no Exceptions To this And the price will not go down the more you buy in fact it will go up in price for the Products you Buy as it is Worked out on Volume as Cubage.

Deliveries to Southern Ireland Are No Longer Available , unless You Are Looking to Purchase a Kaymed Beds, Or a Mattress or Frame which is Not Heavier Than 50Kg , Is Well Wrapped and Can go Via Nightfreight on a 5 Day Service at a Cost of £75.  We are in negotiations with another third party to do delivereies for us prices on application.

 Exchages of Faulty/Non Faulty Bed And Mattresses .

When we deliver a New or Replacement Bed or Mattress , It is You the Customers Responsibility to make Sure The one in your possesion whether it be Faulty, Wrong Size, be available to be returned with the Delivery Company at the Time of Delivering you the New One. If the one in your possesion is not available, if it is at a different address , or if You are at the property on behalf of someone else , then Then The New one will be taken back to The Warehouse , and The Exchange will be arranged for another Day and you Could Well be Charged for the Inconvience as Diesel and Time is Expensive to Us..

Collection Service: This service will take away your old mattress or divan bed at the time of delivery. The delivery company will need to use the packaging from the item they are delivering. The cost for this service is an additional £30 for a double mattress 40  for a king size and 50 for a Super king size mattress , on some of our most popular mattresses we have subsidised the price a little, Collection of a Divan Bed will be  £40  . To order this service please call us direct on 01379855456 or 01379855461.
