We will deliver a Bed , Mattress, Frame or Furniture to a room of your choice providing that this is accessible and provides no health and safety risks to the delivery team. Please remember if the staircase is narrow, or Low , it is your responsibilty to make sure that the said Item, Divan Bed, Frame or Mattress Will Fit up the Stairs. Please Remember Spring interior Mattresses will not Bend , and that you need a lot of clearance to push a large mattress up the Stairs, it is also your responsibility to remove all paintings, mirrors or any other objects that may hinder your product from going upstairs or that may get damaged during the delivery. Please retain the original packaging for 7 days for the purpose of returning any faulty, damaged or unwanted items.PLease Note You need to Check your Goods When they are delivered , if You sign for Something as Being Correct . i.e Boxed well no dents or indentations in the Packaging , and Then Find the Product has Visible Damage , their will be No Possible claim against the Carrier or http://www.bestpricebeds.co.uk/. It is Up To You to Thoroughly Check the Product Before Signing for The Goods.
Collection Service: This service will take away your old mattress or divan bed at the time of delivery. The delivery company will need to use the packaging from the item they are delivering. The cost for this service is an additional £30 for a double mattress 40 for a king size and 50 for a Super king size mattress , on some of our most popular mattresses we have subsidised the price a little, Collection of a Divan Bed will be £40 . Definitions
"Buyer" means the Buyer who buys or agrees to buy Goods on this website from www.bestpricebeds Ltd
"Goods" means all products listed on the order and the order confirmation e-mail
"Consumer" has the meaning given in section 12 Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977
"Special Items" mean any Goods that are not held in stock by www.bestpricebeds ltd and are ordered and/or manufactured specifically for the Buyer.
"Delivery" means the delivery of the Goods to the delivery address specified on the order.
Risk and Ownership
The Goods shall be at the Buyer's risk once delivery has taken place. The Buyer must take all reasonable care of the Goods. Should the Goods be returned to www.bestpricebeds ltd having been damaged while in the Buyer's care, the cost of such damage will be recovered from the Buyer.
Ownership of the Goods will only pass when cleared funds have been received from the Buyer, regardless of whether delivery has taken place.
Limitations of Liability
Our total liability in regard to the performance of this contract shall be limited to the value of the Goods.
www.bestpricebeds ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses, costs or expenses incurred or any consequential compensation arising out of the performance/or non performance of this contract. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which may not otherwise be limited or excluded under applicable law.
All contracts shall be governed by English Law
Any order placed by the Buyer and accepted by www.bestpricebeds ltd is subject to the following terms and conditions unless specified in writing by a Director of www.bestpricebeds ltd.
A confirmation of your order will be sent automatically by e-mail and, unless you are notified to the contrary within 48 hours of this confirmation, the order will be deemed to be accepted by www.bestpricebeds ltd.
www.bestpricebeds ltd retains the right to refuse any order that is subject to an error on its website and will in these circumstances reimburse the Buyer in full.
Description of goods
The description of the goods will be as specified within the confirmation e-mail and it is the Buyers responsibility to check that the Goods specified are as the Buyer intended to order.
All sizes given are approximate and the Buyer should satisfy them self that the goods will fit into the delivery address. The normal bed and mattress sizes (i.e. 3, 0" single 4'6" double and 5'0" king) refer to the sleeping surface only, all bed frames will add extra overall measurements. The Buyer should check the overall dimensions given for each product and be sure that they will fit in the room of choice. Where the buyer purchases super king size spring interior mattresses, please be aware that these products will not bend or fold and thus adequate access i.e. staircase, landing and high ceilings may be required.
Please Note That all Bed frames are supplied without Mattresses As The Word "bed Frame" applies to the Frame Only. All Divan Beds are Supplied without Headboards , There is no Exception to This So all pictures depicting a Divan Bed,or a Adjustable Bed Are Purely The Bed only and the Headboard is Extra , You will find This is to be The Same on All Internet Websites and in Virtually all Known High Street stores and Leading Bed Retailers.
There may be certain items included in the illustration of a product which are not part of the product and are not included in the product description and are not part of the order, (for example, bedside tables, lamps and bedcovers). These will also Be Extra Cost or They May not even Be Available, and just used for Photographic Use.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time the order is placed and www.bestpricebeds ltd will collect the payment from the debit/credit card details supplied.
All Prices and charges on this site are in U.K. pounds and include any V.A.T payable at the prevailing rate.
Delivery
The prices shown on our website include free home delivery anywhere within mainland Britain. We use a professional furniture distribution company to deliver most of our beds on our behalf. Once your goods have been produced and are delivered to our distribution company you will be contacted and delivery arrangements will be confirmed. Deliveries are normally made within 10 working days of goods being available to our delivery company. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday dependant on location, and an approximate time frame is given. They will deliver to a room of your choice providing that this is accessible and provides no health and safety risks to the delivery team. Please retain the original packaging for 7 days for the purpose of returning any faulty or damaged items.
Delivery of some bed frames, mattresses and bedding will be via a next day courier, this will be a door to door service. A Saturday morning delivery is available in certain areas on this service, but will incur a charge of £30. Please contact us if you require this service on (01379) 855456.
Non Mainland
Delivery will normally take place within the timescales estimated on the website (and in any case within 60 days), however this is only an estimate and may differ at certain times of the year, and prevailing weather conditions.
Where the Goods cannot be delivered on the day arranged due to the fault of the buyer, Www.bestpricebeds ltd retains the right to charge a further £45 for "re-delivery" to cover costs incurred. This charge will be taken from the debit/credit card used to purchase the Goods. If the buyer is unable to accept delivery on the day submitted by the delivery company, a further date will be a need to be advised. Please note this may delay delivery of the buyers order by up to 2weeks due to the fact that the delivery company may not cover certain areas of the country on a regular basis.
If Www.bestpricebeds ltd has failed to deliver the Goods within 60 working days of the order date due to its own neglect then the Buyer may either cancel the contract without penalty or Www.bestpricebeds ltd will pay £20 for each complete week the Goods (over £250) are further delayed (Maximum payable £60 per order).
Most Goods will require some form of assembly and it is the Buyer's responsibility to assemble the Goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the goods and make sure they are in good condition before assembling the product. As damaged items will only be replaced prior to the goods being assembled.
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified on the original order. If you wish to change the delivery address we may have to re-submit your payment method to verify the card holder’s details.
Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the Goods have been delivered to the agreed address (Www.bestpricebeds ltd do not need to satisfy themselves that the person accepting delivery at the agreed address is authorised by the Buyer to accept the Goods)
Certain smaller Goods may be delivered by post or courier.
When we deliver a New or Replacement Bed or Mattress , It is You the Customers Responsibility to make Sure The one in your possesion whether it be Faulty, Wrong Size, be available to be returned with the Delivery Company at the Time of Delivering you the New One. If the one in your possesion is not available, if it is at a different address , or if You are at the property on behalf of someone else , then Then The New one will be taken back to The Warehouse , and The Exchange will be arranged for another Day and you Could Well be Charged for the Inconvience..
Guarantees
All Goods are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a minimum period of twelve months from the date of delivery.
After 12 months your guarantee reverts to the manufacturer's warranty, for this to be valid it the responsibility of the buyer to retain the receipt of purchase and the manufacturers warranty card.

Where every items is listed on the website , We try to keep up to date with all prices , but occasionally we slip up , or a price is changed by the maker , we hereby give notice , that if a product is advertised at a incorrect price , we will re adjust that price , and will offer you the chance to cancel your order and gain a full refund ,For the Price paid or continue with the order , but with the price adjusted to its correct price,and The increase to be added to your order, We are sorry we have made a mistake , but we are covered under Consumer law in clause that is is called an invitation to Treat.
Faulty Goods
Complaints relating to faulty Goods should be notified in writing within 7 days of the fault becoming apparent, failure to notify www.bestpricebeds Ltd within 28 days could be deemed acceptance of goods. In the rare event that Goods develop a fault, www.bestpricebeds ltd retains the right to have the Goods repaired or replaced at www.bestpricebeds ltd discretion, and any delivery costs associated with the exchange of faulty Goods will be met by www.bestpricebeds ltd.
Where Goods are reported as faulty later than seven days after delivery, we require photographic evidence of the fault. Where upon we shall make a decision. 1. To replace the item like for like, 2.make an allowance for the final acceptance of goods, 3. Arrange for an independent inspection, 4. Refuse the claim or 5. Refund the buyer and collect the item. If the Goods returned or at the time of the inspection are found not be faulty but the result of fair wear and tear, negligence or wilful damage, www.bestpricebeds ltd retains the right to charge £45 for the inspection to cover its costs. This charge will be taken from the debit/credit card used to purchase the Goods. The Buyer and www.bestpricebeds ltd shall both agree to be bound by the results/findings of the independent inspector.
Refunds
Refunds on Goods cancelled prior to delivery will be made as soon as possible following written notification of cancellation and in any case will not exceed a period of 30 days of that written notice. All refunds will be made onto the same card used to make the original purchase.
Note special sizes and made to measure beds are unable to be cancelled prior to delivery.
Refunds on Goods already delivered will take place as soon as possible following the collection, return and inspection of such goods and in any case will not exceed a period of 30 days following that collection/return.
Price Promise
If you have purchased with us and you find exactly the same product cheaper on another website within 48 hours of purchasing, we will refund you 110% of the difference.

Please provide the following details: your name and telephone number, your Order Number, product description and price, the name of website that you found the cheaper price. Once we receive your information, our sales team will verify your claim and contact you by telephone or email.
Price Promise Terms
The offer only applies to purchases over £300. Applications for the price promice must be sent via e-mail 48 hours after purchase. The offer applies to the overall price including any vat and delivery charge.
A price comparison must come from a recognised, reputable, legally trading UK internet retailer. Price promise does not cover the following types of goods: damaged goods, shop floor models, ex-display, second hand gods, discontinued goods or bulk buys. Also we will not Price match products from Non Approved stockists of a Product , who Also do not carry that item in stock..All refunds will be made onto the same card used to make the original purchase.
www.bestpricebeds ltd reserves the right to decline, terminate or revoke any request made by the customer.
Cancellation
The Buyer may cancel the goods at any time within the cancellation period by giving www.bestpricebeds ltd notice of the cancellation in writing or in another durable medium, prior to the goods not being delivered otherwise a charge may be levied.
Special Items
Goods that are not held in stock by www.bestpricebeds ltd and are ordered and/or manufactured specifically for the Buyer cannot be cancelled once the order has been accepted by www.bestpricebeds ltd.
Return of Goods
Items Which are Purchased Blind which means are ordered Over the Internet , but have Not been Tested out Prior to being ordered, and which turn up in First class condition, and then are deemed not to the liking of the customer,Wrong Colour, or size, can only be taken back if the Product is not a special made to measure size or sofabed or if the product is Vacuum packed or if the product is bed linen. Other items such as beds or mattreses can be Taken back at the discretion of the store , If something is ordered but upon delivery can not go up the stairs , or the buyer has not considered this before purchasing the said item, or the product has not been opened or used , the cost of this will be born by the buyer who will be asked for both the delivery to them and/ or collection charge in total £100. This service will vary across the country , and will usually take 7 days to inniate.

When are you not entitled to anything?
If you were told of any faults before you bought the goods.
If the fault was obvious and it would have been reasonable to have noticed it on examination before buying.
If you caused any damage yourself.
If you made a mistake, e.g. you don't like the colour, it is the wrong size , etc.
If you have changed your mind about the goods, or seen them cheaper elsewhere.
If You have tried the product , used it , slept on it , and it can not be returned and sold at full face value.
BEDLINEN
Due to the intimate nature of Bedlinen , pillows, mattress protectors, duvets etc, these items are exempt from being returned if deemed anything other than Being Faulty. Consumer law states the sale of second hand bedlinen is not permitted , and items purchased, tried and then deemed by the purchaser as not suitable can not be returned for exchange or a Refund, as Being deemed second hand they can not be re sold as new at Face Value, and for health and hygene reasons.
The Goods must be unused, made available for collection and be in the original packaging and in the original condition at a time requested by www.bestpricebeds ltd (this request not to exceed 21days from the cancellation date)
There is a collection charge of £45 for www.bestpricebeds ltd to collect the Goods or the Buyer may return the Goods (at the Buyers cost) and unused, to us at www.bestpricebeds ltd, 22 Redenhall Road, Harleston, IP20 9ER in the original packaging and in the original condition, the collection charge will be deducted from the refund value and the original delivery charge is non refundable.
Should the Goods not be adequately packaged at the time of collection then they will not be collected and www.bestpricebeds ltd retain the right to charge a further £45 for "re-collection" to cover costs incurred. The "re-collection" charge will be deducted from the refund value.
Following collection or return, should Goods be found to be damaged (not in their original condition), and the Damage is not the result of our actions or negligence, www.bestpricebeds ltd will deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to cover such damage. (Such amount not to exceed the price of the Goods).
Should the buyer unreasonably fail or refuse to make the Goods available to us when requested within 21 days then the Goods must be kept and good care taken of them until they are collected or returned.
No refund shall be made until the Goods have been collected/returned and inspection made as to their condition.
