By purchasing through this website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions laid out below. These terms and conditions apply to online and Telephone transactions only and do not apply to any purchases made from visiting the store. It is important that Whether before or after You Purchase from us That You Read at least the first 2 or 3 paragraphs of the Terms and Conditions or The Delivery Information Section..These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a Buyer.
Definitions
"Buyer" means the Buyer who buys or agrees to buy Goods on this website from www.bestpricebeds Ltd
"Goods" means all products listed on the order and the order confirmation e-mail
"Consumer" has the meaning given in section 12 Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977
"Special Items" mean any Goods that are not held in stock by www.bestpricebeds ltd and are ordered and/or manufactured specifically for the Buyer.
"Delivery" means the delivery of the Goods to the delivery address specified on the order.
Risk and Ownership
The Goods shall be at the Buyer's risk once delivery has taken place. The Buyer must take all reasonable care of the Goods. Should the Goods be returned to www.bestpricebeds ltd having been damaged while in the Buyer's care, the cost of such damage will be recovered from the Buyer.
Ownership of the Goods will only pass when cleared funds have been received from the Buyer, regardless of whether delivery has taken place.
Limitations of Liability
Our total liability in regard to the performance of this contract shall be limited to the value of the Goods.
www.bestpricebeds ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses, costs or expenses incurred or any consequential compensation arising out of the performance/or non performance of this contract. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which may not otherwise be limited or excluded under applicable law.
All contracts shall be governed by English Law.
Any order placed by the Buyer and accepted by www.bestpricebeds ltd is subject to the following terms and conditions unless specified in writing by a Director of www.bestpricebeds ltd.
A confirmation of your order will be sent automatically by e-mail and, unless you are notified to the contrary within 48 hours of this confirmation, the order will be deemed to be accepted by www.bestpricebeds ltd.
www.bestpricebeds ltd retains the right to refuse any order that is subject to an error on its website and will in these circumstances reimburse the Buyer in full.
Description of goods
The description of the goods will be as specified within the confirmation e-mail and it is the Buyers responsibility to check that the Goods specified are as the Buyer intended to order.
All sizes given are approximate and the Buyer should satisfy them self that the goods will fit into the delivery address. The normal bed and mattress sizes (i.e. 3, 0" single 4'6" double and 5'0" king) refer to the sleeping surface only, all bed frames will add extra overall measurements. The Buyer should check the overall dimensions given for each product and be sure that they will fit in the room of choice. Where the buyer purchases super king size spring interior mattresses, please be aware that these products will not bend or fold and thus adequate access i.e. staircase, landing and high ceilings may be required.
Please noted that all bed frames are supplied without mattresses. All divan beds are supplied without headboards, there is no exception to this. Pictures depicting a divan bed or an adjustable bed with a headboard are for show only, headboards are an extra cost (if available).
There may be certain items included in the illustration of a product which are not part of the product and are not included in the product description and are not part of the order (for example, bedside tables, lamps and bedcovers). These will also be an extra cost or they may not even be available as they may have been used for photographic purposes only.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time the order is placed and www.bestpricebeds ltd will collect the payment from the debit/credit card details supplied.
All Prices and charges on this site are in U.K. pounds and include any V.A.T payable at the prevailing rate.
Delivery
The prices shown on our website include FREE HOME DELIVERY anywhere within mainland UK.
Delivery of goods
We use a professional furniture distribution company to deliver most of our beds, mattresses, bed frames, sofa beds and bedroom furniture on our behalf.
· They will deliver to a room of your choice (providing that this is accessible and provides no health and safety risks to the delivery team).
· Deliveries are made Monday to Friday dependant on location.Some Postcodes will incur Delays Longer than 10 Days We Normally Quote. See Lead Times
· The delivery company will generally contact you 2 days before the day that they would like to deliver, and give you an approximate time slot for that day.
· If requested the delivery company will contact you 30 minutes prior to delivery.
Delivery of bed linen, pillows, headboards, some bed frames and some mattresses will be via an overnight courier and delivery will be door to door.
Delivery of items from stock
Items that are in stock at our central warehouse will be delivered within 10 working days by a professional furniture distribution company. Some Areas Will occur Extra Time , I.e Postcodes Such as TA, TQ, PL, SA, LL, SY, EX, DT, YO, HG, TR, PL, TW, CA, DL, DH, NE, Dh, TS, ... This will be a two man delivery to room of choice.
On some items you are able to 'select a day', these items will be delivered using an overnight courier or royal mail. (Some items That are Deemed as Perishable , Which May Be damaged in Transit via a Choose a Day Service Will only Be delivered by Our 2 Man Room of Choice Delivery Service.).This will be a one man delivery between 9am to 5pm and is a door to door service. Saturday AM deliveries are available, but will incur a surcharge of £25.
Delivery of multiple items
Where multiple items have been purchased i.e. divan bed & headboard, mattress & a bed frame, etc. all items will be delivered in one shipment.
Collection of old bed or mattress
When the delivery company delivers your new product, they can take away your old mattress or divan bed. The charge for this service is £40, please call us on 01379 855456 if you wish to add this service to your order.
Please note that this service is not available in Scotland and other selected postcodes.
Lead times
The delivery lead time will be shown when you select your item.
Please allow extra an extra 3 to 5 days for deliveries to Scotland , Northern England and West of England With the following postcodes: TA, TQ, PL, SA, LL, SY, EX, DT, YO, HG, TR, PL, TW, NE, CA, LA, DH, DL, TS,
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of any unexpected delay.
Choose a day delivery service or fastrack delivery
Some Mattresses and Bedframes Can be Delivered by Nightfreight Next day Courier , We will pack Your Product and send it the Day Before You wish to receive it, 99% of deliveries are Delivered between 11.30am and 5.30pm .., This is Free of Charge in England, Scotland and Wales ( chargable to Scottish islands & isle of Anglessey)..Mattresses and Well Packed Bed Frames can be sent to Northern or Southern Ireland the Cost for A Mattress or a Bed Frame will Be £50 by this service, and generally take 3-4 days. This Service unfortunatley is a Door to Door Service , if You In A block of Flats this will mean to the Door of the Tenament Not Flat Door.
Non mainland deliveries
Certain Products such as Divan Beds , Large Mattresses , Sofa Beds or Frames can be delivered to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles Orkneys, Isle of Skye, Mull, Hebridies etc , Channel Isles, and Isle of Man . Through a Carrier Based in Bristol Called PDf ..The extra cost in delivery to these Areas would be at least £140 Per Item , For Example a Divan Bed Double, King, or Super King Size would be £140 or A bed frame plus a Mattress would Be £140. In most cases delivery would be by one man to your door. Please note Deliveries that are Sent out on a Door To Door Service , are Your responsibility once You take the Product over Your Threshold , Any damage that may occur once taken in to your Dwelling can not be liable to Best pricebeds as this Service is a Door to Your Front Door Service. Divan Beds can not be delivered Upstairs because the third party carrier in Northern and Southern ireland does not provide that service. We can Send Parcels of Pillows , Quilts and all Bed linen to Channel islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man , or Northern or Sothern Ireland , The Charge for This Service is £ 20 per Shipment. ( please note Bedlinen is Non Returnable unless faulty) If you are interested please give us a call before you place your order so that we can confirm if we are able to deliver your chosen items.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that we feel is unsuitable to be shipped.
Other delivery information
It is the customers' responsibility to make sure that the purchased items will fit and be able to be delivered into the room of choice. Please be aware that certain mattresses will not bend, and that you need a lot of clearance to push a large mattress up the stairs, it is also the customer's responsibility to remove all paintings, mirrors or any other objects that may hinder your product from going upstairs or that may get damaged during the delivery. http://www.bestpricebeds/ ltd will not be held responsible for any damage caused to property during delivery. Please retain the original packaging for 7 days for the purpose of returning any faulty, damaged or unwanted items.
Please note you need to check your goods when they are delivered, if you sign for something as being correct i.e. boxed well, no dents, marks or indentations, and then find the product has visible damage, there will be No possible claim against the Carrier or http://www.bestpricebeds/ ltd. It is up to the customer to thoroughly check the product before signing for the goods.
Where the Goods cannot be delivered on the day arranged due to the fault of the buyer, Where the Delivery Company Have arranged Delivery with you the Customer , Only to find no one at Home on The Day of Delivery. www.bestpricebeds ltd retains the right to charge a further £45 for "re-delivery" to cover costs incurred. This charge will be taken from the debit/credit card used to purchase the Goods. If the buyer is unable to accept delivery on the day submitted by the delivery company, a further date will be a need to be advised. Please note this may delay delivery of the buyers order by up to 2weeks due to the fact that the delivery company may not cover certain areas of the country on a regular basis.
If www.bestpricebeds ltd has failed to deliver the Goods within 60 working days of the order date due to its own neglect then the Buyer may either cancel the contract without penalty or www.bestpricebeds ltd will pay £20 for each complete week the Goods (over £250) are further delayed (maximum payable £60 per order).
Most Goods will require some form of assembly and it is the Buyer's responsibility to assemble the Goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the goods and make sure they are in good condition before assembling the product. As damaged items will only be replaced prior to the goods being assembled.
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified on the original order. If you wish to change the delivery address we may have to re-submit your payment method to verify the card holder's details.
Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the Goods have been delivered to the agreed address (www.bestpricebeds ltd do not need to satisfy themselves that the person accepting delivery at the agreed address is authorized by the Buyer to accept the Goods)
Guarantees
All Goods are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a minimum period of twelve months from the date of delivery. After 12 months your guarantee reverts to the manufacturer's warranty, for this to be valid it the responsibility of the buyer to retain the receipt of purchase and the manufacturer's warranty card.
Faulty Goods
Complaints relating to faulty goods should be notified in writing within 7 days of the fault becoming apparent, failure to notify www.bestpricebeds Ltd within 28 days could be deemed acceptance of goods. All complaints should be addressed to customer services department, www.bestpricebeds ltd, 22 Redenhall Road, Harleston, Norfolk, IP20 9ER or by e-mail to customerservices@bestpricebeds.co.uk If a Product is Delivered Damaged and a Replacement is Needed or You Wish to Cancel the Order , Please notift us Straight away and we Will instruct The Delivery company to Collect The Bed , This Can take up to 7 days to collect the item from you , Please make sure you keep the Product Wrapped and in the Condition it was delivered.
In the rare event that goods develop a fault, www.bestpricebeds ltd retains the right to have the Goods repaired or replaced at www.bestpricebeds ltd's discretion, any delivery costs associated with the exchange of faulty Goods will be met by www.bestpricebeds ltd.
Where Goods are reported as faulty later than seven days after delivery, we require photographic evidence of the fault. Where upon we shall make a decision. 1 - To replace the item like for like. 2 - make an allowance for the final acceptance of goods. 3 - Arrange for an independent inspection. 4 - Refuse the claim or 5 - Refund the buyer and collect the item. If the goods returned or at the time of the inspection are found not be faulty but the result of fair wear and tear, negligence or willful damage, www.bestpricebeds ltd retains the right to charge £45 for the inspection to cover its costs. This charge will be taken from the debit/credit card used to purchase the Goods. The Buyer and www.bestpricebeds ltd shall both agree to be bound by the results/findings of the independent inspector.
Return of Goods
Goods that are not held in stock by BestpriceBeds Ltd and are ordered and/or manufactured specifically for the Buyer cannot be cancelled once the order has been accepted by Bestpricebeds Ltd.
Due to the intimate nature of Beds, mattresses,Especially Memory Foam Mattresses, pillows, mattress protectors, duvets etc, these items are exempt from the statutory 7 day cooling off period under the Distance Selling Regulations when they have been unsealed. Therefore, for reasons of health and hygiene any beds, mattresses or bedding that has been unsealed will be deemed to be used and cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault, AS The Item in Question Cannot be Sold as New , But Rather Used at a Much Reduced rate sometimes as Much as 25% off its Original Price. It May Be possible at The Stores Discretion to take back The Product at the Reduced rate of 25% off the Price plus the Cost of Collecting The Product.
The Buyer must retain the Goods and take good care of them until they are collected by Bestpricebeds ltd or a Designated Delivery Company or their agents.
The Goods must be un used, made available for collection and be in the original packaging and in the original condition at a time requested by Bestpricebeds Ltd (this request not to exceed 21 days from the cancellation date)
There is a collection charge of £99 for Bestpricebeds to collect the Goods as long as The item is in the original packaging and in the original condition, the collection charge will be deducted from the refund value and the original delivery charge is non refundable.
Items which are Purchased Blind (ordered but have not been tested or viewed prior to being ordered) that are delivered in first class condition can be exchanged. Items that can not be exchanged are special made to measure products, sofa beds, vacuum packed mattresses or bed linen. Items such as beds or mattresses can be taken back at the discretion of the store. If something is ordered but upon delivery cannot go up the stairs or is too large to fit in to the room of choice, as long as the product has not been opened or used it can be returned. See Paragraph Above about Exceptions of The Distance Selling Regulations. For any of the reasons mentioned above , or if The Mattress is To Hard or to Soft We Can Arrange Collection / Exchange of The Item at its Original Value , Up to 7 Days after Delivery , Please note We will Charge you £ 99 for Re delivery and Collection of The the Item , Plus Packaging Costs of £ 20 if You do Not Retain the Original Packaging cost of the original delivery and the collection Which will be the Born to the customer, total charge is £99. This will Be Taken of The Refund once , we Have the Safe return of The Product Concerned . The Collection time will vary across the country and will usually take 7 days to initiate.
The Goods must be made available for collection and be in the original packaging and in the original condition at a time requested by www.bestpricebeds ltd (this request not to exceed 21days from the cancellation date). Please note it is Your Responsibility to Return the Product in 1st Class condition, and Failure to do so , will result in a Deduction against Your Refund.
Should the Goods not be adequately packaged at the time of collection then they will not be collected and www.bestpricebeds ltd retain the right to charge a further £45 for "re-collection" to cover costs incurred. The "re-collection" charge will be deducted from the refund value.
Following collection or return, should Goods be found to be damaged (not in their original condition), and the Damage is not the result of our actions or negligence, www.bestpricebeds ltd will deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to cover such damage (such amount not to exceed the price of the Goods).
Should the buyer unreasonably fail or refuse to make the Goods available to us when requested within 21 days then the Goods must be kept and good care taken of them until they are collected or returned.
No refund shall be made until the Goods have been collected/returned and inspection made as to their condition.
Refunds
Refunds on Goods cancelled prior to delivery will be made as soon as possible following written notification of cancellation and in any case will not exceed a period of 30 days of that written notice. All refunds will be made onto the same card used to make the original purchase.
Note special sizes and made to measure beds are unable to be cancelled prior to delivery.
Refunds on Goods already delivered will take place as soon as possible following the collection, return and inspection of such goods and in any case will not exceed a period of 30 days following that collection/return.

When are you not entitled to anything?
If you were told of any faults before you bought the goods.
If the fault was obvious and it would have been reasonable to have noticed it on examination before buying.
If you caused any damage yourself.
If you made a mistake, e.g. you don't like the colour, it is the wrong size, etc.
If you have changed your mind about the goods, or seen them cheaper elsewhere.
If you have tried the product, used it, slept on it, and it cannot be returned and sold at full face value.
Heath and Hygene Laws
We are unable to Accept back Bedlinen, Pillows, Quilts, Sheets, Mattress Covers, Or items Like those Which have Been purchased blind and Are Not Faulty , We can not resell those products which you May Have tried but do not like , If you send Products back to us at your cost , we will rigoursly check all items before Making a Decision on the Refund , The Cost of Us Sending you the Products will be deducted from your Refund if and When Made.
Price Promise
If you have purchased with us and you find exactly the same product cheaper on another website within 48 hours of purchasing, we will refund you 110% of the difference.
You can only apply for out Price Promise by email pricepromise@bestpricebeds.co.uk
Please provide the following details: your name and telephone number, your Order Number, product description and price, the name of website that you found the cheaper price. Once we receive your information, our sales team will verify your claim and contact you by telephone or email.
Price Promise Terms
The offer only applies to purchases over £300. Applications for the price promise must be sent via e-mail 48 hours after purchase. The offer applies to the overall price including any vat and delivery charge.
A price comparison must come from a recognized, reputable, legally trading UK internet retailer. Price promise does not cover the following types of goods: damaged goods, shop floor models, ex-display, second hand goods, discontinued goods or bulk buys. Also we will not Price match products from Non Approved stockists of a Product, who also do not carry that item in stock.All refunds will be made onto the same card used to make the original purchase.

Cancellation
The Buyer may cancel the goods at any time within the cancellation period by giving www.bestpricebeds ltd notice of the cancellation in writing or in another durable medium, prior to the goods not being delivered otherwise a charge may be levied.
Goods that have specially been made to order i.e. sofa beds, special size beds or mattresses cannot be cancelled if the goods have been made at time of the cancellation request.
