This is the Dunlopillo Royal Sovereign Cool Plus latex mattress, it offers the same feel as the standard Royal Sovereign latex mattress, but has been upgraded with a new cool touch, cool feel top cover. Generally latex is cooler than memory foam, but with this new Cool Plus cover the mattress has become even cooler. This is a good thing as going to bed on a cool mattress and generating your own body warmth, has a proven track record off giving better sleep time. The Signature collection of Dunlopillo beds and mattresses are now made by Relyon beds in Somerset. The Royal Sovereign was probably the best selling model of all time and has been going for over 50 years and was always an old favourite of many people as it offered a medium feel without being as soft as the Millenium. The mattress is made 100% pure latex mattress which offers a slightly more sumptuous feel than the Celeste. The Royal Sovereign is now 21cm deep and contains a 7 zone 16cm deep pure latex core with a luxury quilted top cover of 3cm and a base cover of 2cm giving you a total depth of 21cm. This new luxurious cool plus cover is treated with Actipro, which offers a barrier against bacteria, odour and dust mites as well as being anti allergenic. Like all new Dunlopillo mattresses it has been made with 7 zones for softer support at the head and feet and more support in the shoulders and lower spine regions. All the new Dunlopillo latex mattress cores come from Latexco in Belgium and offer good quality as well as being guaranteed for 8 years. Dunlopillo will guarantee this mattress for 8 years .
To make sure you get the benefits of this 8 year guarantee you must follow the customer care guide in relation to your mattress you must also make sure it is on a firm edge sprung base like the one Dunlopillo supply or it can go on a good slatted base and if it is on a slatted base whether solid slats or sprung slats that the gap between the slats is not bigger than 7 cm , as otherwise the latex will push through the gap and the mattress could fail to perform , if you do not adhere to these guidelines your Guarantee will be null and void.
