This is the Dunlopillo Royal Sovereign Cool Plus latex mattress, it offers the same feel as the standard Royal Sovereign latex mattress, but has been upgraded with a new cool touch, cool feel top cover. Generally latex is cooler than memory foam, but with this new Cool Plus cover the mattress has become even cooler. This is a good thing as going to bed on a cool mattress and generating your own body warmth, has a proven track record off giving better sleep time.
