This Mattress is made as a Medium tension made with a 1.4m gauge wire s, the Quality of the this mattress is easily the equivalent of the Hypnos or Relyon mattress but at a fraction of the price and is a fully turn able mattress with a 1 Year Guarantee & 5 Year Warranty
