To make sure you get the benefits of this 15 year guarantee you must follow the customer care guide in relation to rotating and turning this mattress you must also make sure it is on a firm edge pocket or the very least coil sprung base divan a mattress of this quality should not be on a slatted base regardless of solid or sptung slat but if you do put it on one of these bases then the gap between the slats is not bigger than 7 cm , as otherwise the springs will push through the gap and the mattress could fail to perform , if you do not adhere to these guidelines your Guarantee will be null and void.
