The Siesta Amalfi 1500 pocket & Gel bed is Unique as it is a Pocket & Gel Bed that is fully turnable opposed like most pocket & gel beds that is non Turnable . The Amalfi offers a top quality and well-engineered bed as it offers a generous 3cm layer of naturally cool Gel on the top side of the mattress and a 3cm of reflex foam on the other side making this a fully turnable in a king size mattress. The cover of the mattress has a beautifully soft stretch cover which is quilted with Temerature regulating fabric , on the sides it has handles to help rotate this non turn mattress. However if you want a cooler nights sleep you can add the Cooler Extreme fabric to one side of the mattress for those hot summer nights . thios is available at an additional cost .The base is a matching platform top Non Drawer hard base that is available with a choice of with 2 , 2+2 or 4 Drawers at a small upgrade if required. The picture shows the base in a cream weave fabric that has been quilted or you can choose from 5 other colours that are not quilted. The base shown comes in a range of 30 exciting fabrics all at one standard price There is also a option to have the Buckingham headboard pictured either on legs or as a floor standing headboard in the same colour as the base. . If storage is what you really want you can upgrade to an end open ottoman base in a wide range of fabrics, to do this just purchase separately the mattress and ottoman base.
