The Gainsborough Pisa sofa bed is very similar to the Jaybe Retro Sofa Bed, in that they both have the easy open action as you can see in the Video. You pull the top and the mechanism comes out with sofa cushions attached and stored underneath. The Gainsborough Pisa scores over the Jaybe Retro in that it has a much larger swatch of fabrics, however it takes longer to be made. Also unlike the Jaybe Retro which is modular with detachable arms and back, the Gainsborough Pisa has fixed arms and back, so can only be delivered downstairs to ground floor. Like all the new Gainsborough sofa beds the Pisa is available in 4 sizes including the Love seat size. The Pisa comes as standard with a pocket spring mattress or you can upgrade to a memory foam mattress if required. The vast Gainsborough fabric swatch will allow you to indulge yourself in picking something beautiful to tone in with your home.
