Return of goods

When you buy online or by phone, you have additional rights as a consumer under the “Distance Selling Regulations”. This means if you as the purchaser notify us of your wish to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, we’ll arrange an exchange or a refund.

If you do not like the product and simply wish to return your purchase, we will require notification in writing. Please email us at (or reply to your order confirmation email) with your full name, order number, delivery address, and the items you have received.
You will need to do this within 14 days of receiving the goods.
When we have received this we will contact you to discuss your requirements.

Due to the nature of mattresses and their intimate nature we will only accept a mattress back where it has been used with a mattress protector/cover and is stain and odour free. Mattresses can be taken out of their original packaging, but this packaging MUST be kept if you wish to return the mattress.
Bed frames and furniture must not have been assembled.

Please retain all packaging until you are completely satisfied.
Any goods that you wish to return MUST be in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
On delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform the delivery company that they wish to keep any packaging before the delivery company removes it.

Products we're unable to refund or exchange
We're unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised, made-to-measure, special size or perishable goods (such as sofa beds, divan bases and headboards in specific colours or fabrics, special size mattresses or beds and bed linen) unless they're faulty.

If you wish us to collect the goods, you must make the goods available for collection and during this time keep the goods in the same condition in which you received them. You may not use the goods. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation and can reduce or adjust your refund to the resale value and condition of the item.
The customer will be charged a return fee of £49. This cost may vary depending on the individual product size and the customer’s location.
Please note – If you received any free gifts like a mattress protector/cover or pillows, these free gifts will need to be returned as well. If you had free recycle of an old bed or mattress as a gift, then we reserve the right to deduct the cost of this collection service (£40) from your refund, as this free gift is only applicable upon you keeping the product you ordered.

When the goods have been returned and inspected the refund will be issued.
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:
• The original account no longer exists
• The original account details have expired
• The order has been placed exclusively with gift vouchers
• The recipient requires a credit

To provide our customers with peace of mind and to demonstrate our commitment to responsible retailing are a registered full member of The Furniture Ombudsman, This government body is a not for profit organisation which raises standards and is approved by the government to provide alternative dispute resolution services.
