If you do not like the product you have and simply wish to return it, and have notified us in writing via email at firstname.lastname@example.org then we will send your details to our delivery company who will contact you to arrange a collection date. Please note all goods must be collected via our delivery company. All returned good(s) must be perfect condition and in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. Otherwise this may jeopardize a partial or full refund.
In cases where the reason for returning your goods is due to an incorrect order or dissatisfaction from the customer, the customer will be charged a return fee of £49. This cost may vary depending on the individual product & service used for collection and the condition of the product once returned. Please retain all packaging until you are completely satisfied.
Due to the nature of mattresses and their intimate nature we will only accept a mattress back where it has been used with a mattress cover and is stain and odour free.
When you buy online or by phone, you have additional rights as a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations. This means if you as the purchaser notify us in writing of your wish to return an item within 14 working days of receiving it, well refund you for both the purchase price and the delivery charge. If you make a mistake with a product, order wrong item, size or colour, or the product you have ordered is a made to measure product in a specific size or in a specific colour, then these items are exempt from the distance selling regulations and we are not bound to take these products back. Please make sure you take reasonable care of the item while it's in your possession, as by law you have a "Duty of care" whilst the goods are in your possesion and that it's returned to us unused and in its original packaging. This means if you open a frame and then for any reason you would like t6o return it , it must be re packed in its original boxes without this packaging we will be unable to take the bed frame away. This means if you purchase a mattress blind without seeing it first you can only return it if it is still in its unopened bag/packaging. If you need to test the mattress then make a small hole in the plastic to allow the air to escape then you should be able to lay on the mattress to ascertain whether the mattress is comfortable and supportive enough.
www.bestpricebeds Ltd will deduct £49 from any refund to cover the cost of recovering the goods from you. If you wish to use your own carrier then this fee is waived however you will be fully responsible for any damage or loss incurred by your chosen carrier. If you wish us to collect the goods, you must make the goods available for collection and during this time keep the goods in the same condition in which you received them. You may not use the goods. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation and can reduce your adjust your refund to the resellable value and condition of the item .
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:
The original account no longer exists
The original account details have expired
The order has been placed exclusively with gift vouchers
The recipient requires a credit
*Products we're unable to refund or exchange
We're unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised, made-to-measure, special size or perishable goods (such as made to measure sofa beds in specific colours or fabrics, special size mattresses or beds) unless they're faulty.
