Mattress Trial
We understand that selecting the right mattress online is not easy and we would always encourage you to try the mattress if you can. However, we understand that this is not always possible. That's why we offer a 14-day mattress trial.This Trial is much better than the 40 or 60 Night trials available from other vendors , as you can only exchange on those trials and only exchange once . We offer an Exchange or a Refund After your two weeks Trial as your body should know if the mattress is suitable for you by then .Unlike longer sleep trials, we provide the option for an exchange or refund.
Terms and Conditions
1. The mattress trial does not apply to vacuum packed and rolled mattresses, adjustable mattresses or sofa bed mattresses or clearance mattresses.
2. While the mattress can be removed from its packaging for trial, please retain the packaging for potential re-packing if a collection or exchange is necessary.
3. A mattress protector must be used with the mattress during the trial period.
4. You must advise in writing you wish to exchange or have a refund within 10 to 14 days of receiving the mattress.
5. Refunds will be subject to a collection fee of 69 pounds . after Mattress has been collected it will take up to 7 days to be returned to us for inspection , so please allow up to 28 Days for your refund.
6. If you wish to exchange for a higher priced mattress, the difference in the price must be paid.
7. If you wish to exchange for a cheaper priced mattress, the difference will not be refunded.
8. The Mattress Trial is limited to one exchange, we do not offer a mattress trial on the exchange.
9. There is a collection/exchange fee of 69 pounds, increasing to 132 pounds for Scotland postcodes.
10. The original mattress must be returned in perfect condition.
11. Applies to UK mainland customers only. Not Isle of Man , or Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland
12. If you purchase a divan bed or a bed frame as well , the trial only relates to the mattress, the base cannot be exchanged or returned..
13. Bestpricebeds reserves the right to inspect and refuse any returning mattresses for the stated reasons.
14. Applies to mattresses purchases made on or after 25.11.2024
If you wish to arrange an exchange or refund for your mattress, please email info@bestpricebeds.co.uk between day 10 and 14 of the mattress being delivered.
In the email please include your original order number, full name, address and contact telephone number.
We will then contact you do discuss your requirements.
