The Legacy VI mattress offers versatility with a choice between medium or firmer tension. However, it's essential to note that the feel may vary based on the mattress base. On a firm edge (coil or pocket) base the medium may translate to soft, while firm could feel like medium, underscoring the importance of trying the bed before making a purchase.
Designed to be fully turn-able, this mattress allows you to sleep on both sides. Its Belgian damask Viscose cover not only possesses natural fire resistance but is also free of FR chemicals, emphasizing safety and ensuring top-tier quality.
This exceptional mattress provides support through a Duo layer of two 5-turn spring units, incorporating the benefits of 10 ReActivePro™ turn pocket springs and triple edge protection™. Hand-tailored with three rows of genuine hand side-stitching, the Legacy VI maximizes sleep space. Featuring sustainable fillings, including two layers of responsibly sourced certified British Wool traceable to assured farms.
Unlike the Legacy V, the Legacy VI replaces the Adaptiv spring system with 2 layers of natural latex, contributing to the softer feel in both tensions. This mattress is 100% recyclable at the end of its life, underscoring Hypnos's commitment to comfort and environmental responsibility.
It comes as standard on a platform top hard base although for the best feel Hypnos advise a firm edge coil or firm edge pocket base, both of which can be purchased through an upgrade. On standard sizes like single, double, king and super king sizes you can upgrade to a super storage ottoman base or the taller hideaway base for extra storage. All deep bases are supplied with shepherd & ball chrome castors. If you select the shallow platform top base on legs or the shallow firm edge base you can select from a range of leg options with some free of charge and some with an additional charge.
The Headboard pictured is extra and is not included with the bed, the one pictured is called the Isobella floor standing headboard.
